PROJECT DESCRIPTION.

Utilizing a set geographic area with targeted demographics this canvas ad objective was to create qualified traffic to the a new apartment development website. Here prospects on desktop views were targeted with an opt-in pop up after 18 seconds on the site while a rotating proof scripts showed how many other people were opting in as well for nudge marketing.

icon-04Website was integrated with Google Tag Manager and set to fire both a Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel during each page visits. Overall, the campaign reached 9200 people had held a relevance score of 9 throughout the duration of the ad.

Due to ad display restrictions by Facebook this Ad was only targetable to viewers mobile device.  While generally the Canvas Ad types have a higher engagement and CTR they limited on where they get displayed.

Short Video

Content for the video was packed into a 32 second clip  that maintained a high video engagement rate.

100% Mobile Only

Ad settings were restricted to reach only mobile display and conversions sent viewers to a responsive website.

Search Engine Optimisation

Call to action at the end of the Canvas Ad leads to a property website where users can view details and optin for updates.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION.

Utilizing social media retargeting and Geotargeted ads to generate traffic and interest to a new student dorm. College dorm was associated with a historically known commuter school so ads were matched to  targeted age range of students and parents matching 15 key facebook interest groups.

icon-04The cavas ad combined with nudge marketing set up on the dorm website was used to increase and capture web traffic to help get the dorms rooms reserved for fall.

Campaigns  were customized to target selected demographic areas along with likely behavirous using Facebooks ad tool. Advertisements were timed and set up to coencided with upcoming school events, tours, or open houses.

Ad format was set up as a Facebook Canvas, which is developed to specificly target viewers on mobile devices only. Creatively developed ads typically boasts high engagement rates in testing partially because of the ease of getting in and out of ads.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION.

This was a personal project early on in Snapchats history. I wanted to see and test the criteria for uploading art into a specific Geolocated area and find the metrics it would provide afterwards.

The design was first uploaded to snapchat in April 30, 2016 and was then approved and published on May 12,2016.  In the short timespan of uploading the design its been viewed now over 4Million times and sees about 34 conversion a day. Alvin, TX

PROJECT DESCRIPTION.
This was a project used to promote the brand new student dorms using Snapchats geofilters. The range of the geofence covered several spaces on the campus that visitors, atheletes, or teachers would visit.
The design was first uploaded to snapchat in March 11, 2017 and was then approved and published on March 14, 2017.  In the short timespan of uploading the design its been viewed now over 28,000 times and averages about 59 views per conversion. Student Dorms
